- What is i spy?
- i spy is where you save everything you find while shopping online. Upload or share a photo to find the exact pieces behind any outfit, save anything you see with one click, organise it all into boards, and buy when you're ready — all in one place.
- What does "find the outfit" mean?
- Upload an outfit photo — or share one straight from Instagram, Pinterest, or anywhere — and choose Find the Outfit. i spy identifies each piece and matches it to real products you can buy, with links to the retailer and prices, so you can find exactly what someone's wearing even if you have no idea where it's from.
- How do I save something into i spy?
- Two ways. Inside i spy, just heart any product to save it to your closet. Anywhere else — while you're browsing, window shopping, or scrolling Instagram — tap the share button and select i spy, just like you'd share to a friend, and it saves straight to your closet.
- Can I save things without buying them?
- Yes. Saving and buying are completely separate. Build boards, save endlessly, and only buy when you're ready — there's no pressure or urgency anywhere in the app.
- Do other people know when I save their product?
- No. Other people are only notified if you follow them.
- Do I need an account to use i spy?
- Yes — for everything beyond browsing the home page. To find the outfit from a photo, save products, or build your own boards, you'll need a free account.
- Is i spy free to use?
- Yes — free to download and use.
- Which brands and retailers does i spy work with?

- Is my saved content private?
- Everything in your closet is private. The only thing that's public is any board you choose to make public — and you can make any board private at any time.
